My Place is a brand new modern 4 star vacation 1000m2 property and a rental space, consisting of the 2 gorgeous and spacious easy-living, well equipped and tastefully decorated apartments, both with large chill-out balconies, one with an amazing sea and Sunset view, and another with a olive tree garden view and a direct access to the pool, thoughtfully positioned to both protect from the harsh mid-day Sun and to offer an uninterrupted view of the beautiful setting Sun above the entrance of the Stari Grad bay. Besides 2 wonderful apartments, each containing a king size bedroom, a spaced out living room and dining space with a colorful and well equipped fully furnished kitchen, and roomy terraces, the property offers a studio apartment as well, decorated in a artsy retro style with an ample room for two people, a king size bed and a sizeable bathroom, and an unbelievable view of the property and its large pool. All the living spaces are garnished with an original artwork, paintings and photographs on its walls, amazing tiling on the floors, modern furniture, spacious closets and secure access. The property itself, a mini resort in its own right, comprising of three separate buildings, one for the two apartments, another for the studio apartment, and a third not only for an open and a generous soon to be ready kitchen with all the necessary tools for a daily preparation of an unforgettable meal and a bar for an evening enjoyment, but for a lounge space in which to one can relax with a cup of coffee or read a book, with an easy access to the sunny pool, sunbeds surrounding it and a superb view of the lush garden and a spectacular mural on the villa wall, created just for My Place. My Place is perfectly positioned in a deep bay called Duboka, where the weather is definitely the best in Stari Grad and also serves as the town beach pleasant daily winds provide a relief from the Summer heat and where the nights are cool and perfect for a good night rest. AC is not needed, but is provided. My Place is located some 250m from the city beach where there's a children's pebbled beach and several paved beaches perfect for suntanning, some with an organized entrance to the water and some still with nature provided ones, accompanied by the caffe in an absolutely perfect spot. In an about 750m in the opposite direction, you will reach a center of the UNESCO protected town of Stari Grad and all that one 2400 year old costal town in this part of Europe could possibly offer.
