Apartment Niky’s is a new holiday apt (4**** star) located in Stari Grad - the oldest and the most authentic town on island Hvar. It is in a quiet area but yet very close to the town center and clean beaches. Has full interior equipment, parking place, open grill, lovely terrace etc. Apt has a bluetooth speaker Harman Kardon (available at request), Play Station 4, Smart TV you can use while staying at our place, we added EON TELEMACH satellite channels in 2025. Fast WIFI is ON. In the apt, there is a fridge with freezer box, electric stove (ceramic plate), oven, coffee maker Nespresso Dolce Gusto, Brita filter water, washing machine, dishwasher, water kettle, bread toster... The space Niky's was designed with love and interior decoration was mainly done with tailor made pieces (carpenters) and pieces from private collection. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and feel relaxed and pampered. Apartment is abt 45 m2 large (indoor area). There is: 1x master bedroom with bed sized 160x200 cm, 1x separate bathroom with walk in shower and toilet and 1x open space of living room and kitchen. In this area of open space there is a sofa bed sized 160x200 cm. Also, here is an indoor dining table for 4x.
Family Harasic, native to Stari Grad in cooperation with PRVI KORAK LLC (separate invoicing for travelers is available).
Cosy quiet area close to the beach and close to city center.
