Large apartment (and the only one for rent in the house) with two bedrooms and a spacious living room with air conditioning and a balcony and terrace of 45 m2. Surrounded by a large garden and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, in a quiet part of town, at the end of the street - very little traffic - for tenants only - 200m from the sea (nearby there are two beautiful beaches - a smaller intimate one and a large pebble beach). Shop, pizzeria/pastry shop, restaurant 500 m away
Family man with adult children, permanently employed.
Peaceful surroundings, there is a cycling path nearby (I own several amateur MTB bikes - free use for guests), and depending on availability - it is also possible to use small (3 m) boat with engine to nearby bays. We are 15 km from Rijeka airport, 8 km from the larger town - Crikvenica.
