We offer accommodation for your holiday in a typical detach stone house in the historic center of Rovinj. The house was built around 1880. and fully renovated in 2014.This house has a true Istrian feeling and charming .....! The Studio 1 have .double bed on galeri, living room , bathroom ,kitchen .. and big terrace with outdoor seating. The Suite is on wright side of stone house on first floor, there is bedroom with 1 large bed toalet and bathroom , and terrace with outdoor seating At the lower part of the house is Studio 2 with bathroom , little kitchen and terrace ! If you want to have peace and quiet at the same time, this is an ideal place for you because it is located in a little secluded street away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre Up to the beach in the old town has 200 m, and the most beautiful pebbly beaches" Lone" overtake you in 8 minutes of walking along the sea. There are no cars allowed in the Old Town,..it is pedestrian zone and you cannot park the car near the our apartment.
If you want to have peace and quiet at the same time, this is an ideal place for you because it is located in a little secluded street away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre In this area live local family. Please, be reasonable and try not to make big noise after 11 pm.
