The town house is located in the heart of the old town Pula, only 150 meters from the main square (Forum). Within 500 meters you will find many restaurants and bars, parks, the food market, buses, taxi, the sea front, and the Roman amphitheatre Arena. The house has two small gardens which are private and very quiet, although you are in the middle of the city centre.

Food, beverages, sailing and motorcycling.

There is free parking available 1000 m away. It is possible to come close with the car for unloading. Closest paid parking is 500 m away below Pula Arena. Everything is very close on foot, and public buses go frequently to beach areas. Bicycles can be parked in the locked and private yard in front of the house.
