We are a small and happy family. My wife Lucinda and I are parents of twins, Lucia and Leon, the best kids in the world. My wife is organized and warm person with an extraordinary sense of nice and easy, likes healthy life and all that can make life easier and better for our family and those around us. Lucia is a cheerful and warm teenager who tends to art of all kinds and is a great animal lover. Leon is a sports fan and loves technology. He is a nice and friendly teenager who likes computer games and basketball . And finally, for myself I can say that I'm approachable, tolerant and our mission is to make your vacation more enjoyable.
Property info
Olive Apartments represents a house with 8 suites and each has got an individual entrance from outside. We want to make our guests feel comfortable and relexed in a nice atmosphere. To this purpose, the guests have at their disposal a large yard and garden where there is a pool of 43m2 with a device for counter-current swimming and a large trampoline for those who love fun and recreation. We also have 4 terraces equiped with outdoor seating furniture and dining sets for outdoor dining. The interior of each apartment is furnished modern, with the intention that everything is available, that there is enough space and that the space is pleasant. Kitchens are equipped with oven, stove, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and everything needed for cooking. The living room is equipped with Smart TV so that guests can connect their USB device with stored multimedia content and browse through the TV monitor or satellite television.
The house is located in a quiet environment and has got a large garden that is fenced; there is only one house nearby so guests have no closer contact with neighbors.

Village Guduce is the quiet hamlet near place Muline on the island of Ugljan. The village is home to traditional fishing families and olive growers and a part of the settlement was built as a weekend place. Also nearby are the beautiful beaches of which the most famous is Pavlešina with a small harbor. In Muline, there are the remains of the Roman Villa Rustica from the 2nd century AD., which proves that life has been pleasant here since ancient times. The old and beautiful city of Zadar is 16 km from us. Zadar is connected with the island Ugljan by boat (to the centar of Zadar) and the ferry (to the port Gaženica), and was in 2016 declared as The Best European Destination from a european organizations promoting culture and tourism in the region and represents excellent historical, cultural and tourist attraction that should definitely visit.
