It is a beautifully restored traditional home that blends historical character with a simple, elegant design and high-quality materials. During the renovation, the original wooden floors were carefully restored and painted, the stone walls were revealed, and the roof structure was highlighted to add warmth and authenticity. The walls were refreshed using traditional techniques, preserving the building’s heritage. Thanks to good insulation, the house stays naturally cool even during the summer heat. The interior design draws inspiration from local culture—a harmonious blend of Balkan and Mediterranean influences—creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

The house is located right in the heart of Kaštel Lukšić, just a few minutes' walk from all the attractions this beautiful location has to offer. 🏰 Nearby Landmarks and Attractions A short walk from Olsavinia takes you to Vitturi Palace, a beautiful Renaissance residence from the 16th-17th centuries. This historical and architectural landmark is one of the most important sites in Kaštel Lukšić and definitely worth a visit. The area also offers plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and other essential amenities, all within walking distance. This makes Olsavinia a convenient and comfortable place to stay, with easy access to everything you may need. 🏖️ Beaches and Seaside Promenades The property is located right by the coastline, giving you the opportunity to relax on the beach, take strolls along the seaside promenades, and enjoy the local Dalmatian atmosphere.
