The holiday house is located in a quiet, sunny and uninhabited area on a 5000 m2 plot and is 85 meters from the sea and the beach. The house is modernly furnished; consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet, hallway and loggia. Featuring a garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace this house provides accommodation in Mali Voz. There is also a terrace of 100 m2, with deck chairs and umbrella, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, nature, and the City Walls of Ston which are from the 14th century.
In the yard there are sports facilities: tennis table, trampoline and self-standing basket. There is also a parking lot for 2 cars in the yard.
