It was like staying in a little princess apartment, beautifully designed and decorated. It had everything we needed for our two day stay. The welcome treats of cherry liqueur and biscuits were delicious!

Location is great, although you will need a car to go to this apartment. Very clean, superb sea view from the balcony. The owner Mateo was so friendly. The free two cans of beers, a bottle of red wine and the homemade liquor by Mateo’s mum were very good gesture. The washer and dryer were a bonus!

Beautiful apartment in the middle of town. Super quiet since it's a car free zone, so that's why parking is across the street in the Public parking lots (5 minute walk). The room was very clean and well stocked. It had great AC and wifi. It's located in an old building exterior but is totally renovated inside. Fani was a super helpful host and close by if you needed anything. You'll have to spend a couple of nights in this region to walk the Wall and visit some of the wineries.

We were provided with a delicious snack plate on arrival. Also fresh eggs for our breakfasts. Much appreciated after a long day of travel! Host was very responsive in helping with recommendations for area restaurants, parking, and more . Would absolutely recommend this property ❤️

We loved Ston!

We loved Ston! The little town and the wall walk were awesome. We loved our location and the restaurant was delicious! Our room was very good. All the people in the town that we met were wonderful and many people helped us out when our car broke down. We had a great time!

Ston was an interesting place to break up the trip from...

Ston was an interesting place to break up the trip from Split to Dubrovnick. It was a disappointment as far as the oysters were concerned, being the oyster center for Croatia. They were just extremely expensive and there were no deals to enjoy them at a decent price. If we had more time we would have gone to an island instead...

We really enjoyed our time in Ston, it is nice and small, yet full of amazing history and things to do. The hike up the wall of Ston to Mali Ston was great and not too difficult. Beautiful sights from the top!

I incorrectly mentioned that it was an old Bari, when, in fact, I meant mali Ston was in a nice quiet section of mali ston definitely would visit again, and Marita was an amazing hostess, couldn’t say enough about her and the accommodations excellent

Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls.

Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls. Ston is a much smaller, calmer, quieter, and more authentic version of many of the overly touristy walled old towns along the coast. Large sections are still not renovated however. The town has a few shops but mostly cafes/restaurants and locals housing. Lacks the luxury shops and glitz of Dubrovnik but also the crowds. A bit overpriced to walk the walls but presumably the entry fee helps with further repairs and restoration. The (still) working salt flats are interesting and they have opportunities to join in the harvesting. The city parking lots outside the walls are all paid which seems shortsighted and silly if they really want to bring in tourism.

history, great local wine and food, clear blue sea and no crowds; vacation as it should be :) the area is famous for oysters and mussels and many restaurants serve them from their own farms; not to be missed; the hike over the city walls (connecting Ston and Mali Ston) offers great views over the area, oyster farms, salt panes and isles...on both sides of the wall hike are very nice restaurants offer freshest sea food and light, local wine - just what you need on a hot day

Unfortunately, due to a booking system error, the apartment we reserved was already occupied when we arrived. Although the situation was unexpected, the host responded immediately and arranged alternative accommodation for us in a nearby hotel, which even included breakfast. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. We’re truly sorry we didn’t get the chance to stay in the apartment itself, as it looked lovely, but we really appreciate the host’s effort and kindness in resolving the issue.

The best place to stay in Ston! It exceeded our expectations and gave us more than we expected. New, spotless, confy, perfect location, beautiful stone street view. It has everything you might need and more. Host responsive and helpful. Easy access. You are in the middle of the old city Ston, yet few minutes drive to many beautiful beaches around. Parking paid by host. Highly recommended!
