Welcome to Pearl Infinity Luxury Floating House, a brand-new luxury floating home built in 2026 and located in the prestigious Marina Nautica Novigrad. Situated in the first row by the sea, Pearl Infinity offers a unique waterfront experience with panoramic sea and marina views, modern comfort and complete privacy. Although swimming is not permitted directly in front of the property due to the marina location, the nearest beach is only a 3–4 minute walk (200 m) away. The spacious rooftop terrace is designed for complete relaxation and features a private Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, two comfortable sun loungers, six premium reclining chairs with seven adjustable positions and an automatic pergola with wind sensors for maximum comfort and safety. The floating house accommodates up to six guests and includes a master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds (80 × 200 cm), a stylish living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom with shower, washing machine and heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and complete cooking and dining equipment for six guests. Guests enjoy complimentary high-speed WiFi, two 43-inch (109 cm) TCL QLED Smart TVs and two air-conditioning units providing both cooling and heating throughout the year. Novigrad’s charming historic centre can be reached within a pleasant 10–12 minute walk. Private parking and additional public parking are available nearby, while public EV charging stations are conveniently located within the town. Every detail has been carefully designed to provide an unforgettable stay, combining the comfort of a premium holiday home with the unique experience of living directly on the sea.

Pearl Infinity is located in the exclusive Marina Nautica Novigrad, one of the most beautiful marinas on the Croatian coast. Within just a few minutes on foot you will find beautiful beaches, excellent seafood restaurants, cafés, beach bars, supermarkets, bakeries and the charming historic centre of Novigrad. The surrounding area offers numerous activities including cycling, fishing, tennis, padel, fitness, wellness facilities and various water sports. One of Croatia’s most popular attractions, Aquapark Istralandia, is only a short drive away.
