The apartment is located at a distance of about 2 kilometers from the sea. The nearest larger shops are about 1.5 kilometers away from the apartment. There is a city bus stop near the apartment. For greater security, the apartment is additionally equipped with an alarm, while within the apartment, there are two parking spaces covered by video surveillance.
