The apartment is located on the first floor of an 100 year old building. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a newly renovated kitchen and a living room. The special thing about the living room is an old wooden bar equipped with everything you need to make cocktails. The apartment fits 7 people, although we have a pull-out couch to make space for 8 people if necessary. You also have your own private garden, which starts with a terrace, table and chairs from which you can see the TV in the living room. After the terrace, under an old fig, you enter a 150 square meter garden, with a large sitting area, small shed, a barbecue, and then, sugar on top, a 4 person hot-tub where you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

Hi there! My name is Ivo, 25 years old, I'm an easy going guy, worked in tourism my whole life, living in Split, here for any questions that you might have :)

You are surrounded by other residential buildings and houses. The neighbours are friendly and most of the flats are apartments for rent, so during your stay you probably will not meet many domestic people. The only request we have from our guests is to be a bit quiter post 12 p.m., out of respect for the people who live nearby, as the garden is located right in the middle of multiple buildings. 50 meters away from the entrance, you have a large supermarket and you're also 100 meters away from the green market and an 24/7 bakery. And everything else of importance is not more then 10-20 minutes away walking, so no need for a car :)
