Property info

Our bed and breakfast is located in the central part of Istria, in a quiet and isolate location. We offer a total of 9 rooms. Breakfast is served as a buffet, on request it is possible to have vegan and gluten-free foods. Pets are welcome. The B&B is surrounded by forest and vineyards on one side and the Mirna river on the other. Suitable for cycling and hiking .

Neighborhood info

At 5 km there is the Istrian village of Grožnjan, known as the "city of artists and art". At 10 km to the east, you can visit the medieval town of Motovun, situated on the hill above the Mirna river valley, known for its vineyards and truffle; and also "Terme di Santo Stefano", a spa with natural healing water. The "Parenzana" cycle path is immediately in front of the B&B. At 10 minutes by car to the west, in the summer months, you can enjoy in "Istralandia" water park, while the sea is about 18 km away. Other places of interest are the Baredine Caves (18 km), the Visignano astronomical observatory (15 km), Dinopark (31 km)..
