The house is placed on the top of the island Čiovo, first row to the sea. From the property gate to the sea is only 10 meters. The apartment was just recently completely renovated and by the Croatiaon Ministry of Tourism it has received 4 star rating. The view from the apartment is unique. You can experience beautifull sunrise and sunset and view at the sea is exceptional .Sea is crystal clear and beach is just in front of the house. Guest have available private parking and apartment itself has 4 different teraces. Forward to the sea side , aft one where is the entrance, lower one with barbecue and lunch table and bottom one near the exit from the property. There is built shower place close to the sea.
