Rezidencija Bella nalazi se u Stari Gradu, na 500 metara od plaže Banj, te ima bar, terasu i pogled na more. Objekt je udaljen manje od 1 km od hotelske plaže i 11 minuta hoda od plaže Lanterna te ima besplatan WiFi. Iz objekta se pruža pogled na grad.
