Family Kadunić fully renovated all building respecting the local authentic style. Reconstruction is done completely from opening door to the roof and their dream to give a new life and meaning to the old 19 century building was fulfilled. So, Residence & Restaurant Dream was born.

Our property is completely renovated in authentic style and it is situated only couple of steps from riva- main sea side promenade with cafes ,shops and restaurants. it has soundproof windows and walls and provides breakfast buffet style as well as possibility of half board in our award winning restaurant. The nearest beach is only ten minutes away.

Residence Dream is situated in the old town just a couple of steps from riva- main sea side promenade and local harbor. It is also one minute from Carrera , main shopping street and near all attractions like museum ,local market, cafes, restaurants and shops.
