Bartol offers an accommodation in 5 double rooms and in one apartment for 4 person. Each room has an anteroom, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioner, free Wi-fi and a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is partially air-conditioned. In the house “Bartol” there is also a well-stocked supermarket. The restaurant is located in Rovanjska, a small and quiet place at the seaside, 30 km northeast from Zadar and 1,5 km northwest from the toll booths at the exit Rovanjska on Zagreb-Split highway.
Restaurant Bartol has been run by family Matković with long tradition and hospitality since 1972.
Rovanjska is located in a small bay at the edge of the Velebit channel. In this small place you can visit Modric cave-where you can see Croatian natural resources and the church of Sv. Juraj (St. George) a wonderful example of ancient Croatian architecture. Nearby there are 3 nature parks (Velebit, Telascica and Vransko Jezero) and 5 national parks (Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica, Krka and Northern Velebit), the Zrmanja River which is ideal for rafting and a few bicycle routes. City Zadar, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia, is 30 km away. You can enjoy sightseeing the cultural heritage of the city, many churches and cultural monuments from Ancient Rome through the Middle Age to modern architecture. The Sea Organ is located in Zadar which is a unique phenomenon in the world and an installation called Sun Salutation offering a view of the most beautiful sunset.
