Modern, Fully Equipped Apartment in Exclusive Residence. High-speed internet, smart Android TV, climate control, private balcony with sea view in one elegant home. This refined home , located in a prestigious and desirable area , features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious kitchen and living room, a large L-shaped balcony, air conditioning and central heating for year-round comfort. The car can be parked in the garage or in the outdoor parking area. The building offers convenient amenities including: well-stocked Plodine supermarket, café bar, DM drugstore, hair salon , electric scooter rental and dental clinic Dentico.
My wife and I personally welcome each of our guests with special care, providing them with detailed information about the apartment, the building, and the surrounding area. We are always available to assist with any inquiries and offer support throughout Your stay.
