The secluded holiday home Braco is located in the beautiful bay of Bristova on the island of Hvar and offers its visitors a pleasant holiday. The house is only a few steps from a beautiful pebble beach. From the entrance gate to the house there are steps. In the house there is an apartment for 4 people and a studio for 2 people. The apartment for 4 people has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the pebble beach and the sea, where you will spend pleasant moments of your holiday. The studio for 2 people has a terrace next to the owner’s terrace. Below the house there is a large pebble beach, which is also suitable for children. The property can be reached by asphalt road, parking is possible at the house. There are no restrictions regarding electric power in the house. Drinking water here is from a tank and is delivered regularly – therefore it is necessary to save water. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* Restrictions on electricity in the property: » none, the house has electric power 220/230 V » the property has standard electrical outlets. Water restrictions: » water must be saved because it has to be delivered » the house has drinking water from a reservoir » hot water is heated in an electric boiler » cold and hot water is supplied to the kitchen and the bathroom. The bay of Bristova stretches along the northern coast of the island of Hvar, the sunniest island in Croatia. This spot is ideal for anyone looking to truly relax in the peace of untouched nature. These bays are easily reached by a gravel road that branches off from the paved road along the coast heading west.
