Beach house in beautiful bay 8 km from Stari Grad on private property 6000 square metres. House is situated 30 m from the sea and has amazing panorama sea view. Completely renovated this year. Comfy and fully equipped house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. Whole house is available for use, with terrace in front surrounded with gardens. Private parking place, free wi-fi. Possible to come with a boat or a car. Because of the road not suitable for very low cars if needed it is possible to drive the guests to the house. It is also possible to do grocery delivery on request or anything the guest needs. Electricity is provided with solar panels (220 V) and water from the 20000 L tank. Water is healthy but for maximum safety we advise the guests to buy bottled one. Hot and cold water available in kitchen and bathrooms. There is enough of both if used rationally. Barbecue place in front of the house. Children and pet friendly. Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
