The secluded holiday house Mili is located in the quiet bay of Kožja on the southern coast of the island of Hvar. Directly in front of the house there is a private sunbathing pier and a pebble entrance to the sea. On the pier there is seating and a parasol where you can dine during the day and spend pleasant moments in the evening with a beautiful view of the turquoise sea and the bay. For guests who bring their own boat, there is the possibility to anchor under the house. On the ground floor of the house is the living area and kitchen; upstairs are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea and the Pelješac peninsula in the distance. Parking directly at the house is not yet available, but there is no heavy traffic in the bay. There is an informal agreement between the houses that only guests staying there may park, and there is always a space, either on the road or down by the beach, so parking is not a problem. From the paved road there are stairs leading to the house. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* The bathroom with WC is located on the ground floor of the property. Access to the first floor is via an external staircase. Older apartment furnishings. The exterior of the house is not color-finished.
