Welcome to a comfortable rooftop one bedroom apartment with a specatacular sea view located in the residential neighborhood Žnjan in Split. It is located on the third floor, without elevator and offers an amazing view of the sea, the islands and the mountains. It consists of fully furnished bedroom, living room, spacious kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sea view, or have breakfast on the balcony enjoying the view and the sea breeze. The apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, kettle and dishes, giving the perfect conditions for a pleasant stay. We would like to point out the availability of high speed wi-fi internet. The apartment accommodates up to four people, two in the bedroom with king size bed (160x200cm), and two in the living room where you can find a day-bed with three functions in one - seating, a bed for one and a bed for two, with super comfortable real mattresses. With a private parking spot just outside the apartment and the vicinity of the beach Znjan with bars,restaurants and sport courts the apartment offers everything necessary for a summer holiday, but still makes you stay only 15 min from the Split city centre. Furthermore, the apartment is ideal for digital nomads or remote workers cause we offer a separate pc desk and office chair. Update 2026: this season there are possible construction works in the vicinity and more noise than usual from 7 till 15 o'clock.

We are two sisters from Split who've decided to join their know-how and enter into the hospitality business. Ivana is an architect and the whole interior design and construction is her idea, while Petra is a linguist with communication and tourism management degree.
