We are located in city center, only 5 minutes walk away from Diocletian Palace which is in the hard of Split. Beautiful sandy Bacvice beach is 2 minutes away. If you prefer pebble beach, you need to walk only 5 minutes. All facilities (market, grocery shop, restaurants, night clubs, caffe bars, fast food, bus station, train station etc) are located in walking distance so there is no need of using any other transportation except when visiting other cities.

My mother started renting 40 years ago. Living with her renting has becomed more than business to me. This is a family tradion and I enjoy meeting people. Me and my family are very friendly and we are all involved. We try to give our guests the best service as possible and make them feel like they are home.

This is really great neighbourhood because everything is on the walking distance and yet has a privaci.
