It is spread over two floors – the ground floor features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a small guest toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Both floors have balconies offering a stunning view of the entire bay, making this house truly special. It is also just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront, restaurants, and shops. The path is a bit steep, but the view is worth every step. Nearby, you’ll find several beaches with crystal-clear water, and a bit further out, hidden natural coves that will make you feel like you’ve discovered a piece of paradise. Povlja is a place rich in history. You can visit the well-preserved remains of an early Christian basilica from the 6th century and learn about the “Povaljska listina” – the oldest preserved document written in Cyrillic script. Narrow alleys, dry stone walls, traditional stone houses, and a peaceful atmosphere enhance the feeling of an authentic Dalmatian village.
