Provided with the most modern hotel technology, the residence was built following the most high standards of sustainability and energy efficiency, such as the automated entry with magnetic card in the residence, rooms and in the parking lot. In each room you will find: air conditioning, minibar, safe, SOS alarm, sat LCD hotel TV, 220 V sockets, direct dial telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries and a large covered balcony with table and chairs. All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wi-Fi is included in the price, baby cot is available on request. In addition to the above services, we offer a rich continental breakfast, freshly prepared every morning in the residence restaurant.
