This modern three-storey terraced house is located in a quiet part of Novigrad – close enough to the centre and the sea, and is ideal for 4 to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to the dining room and kitchen – equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and two additional people can sleep comfortably in the living room. The roof terrace has a jacuzzi and garden furniture, and in the courtyard there is a swimming pool, a spacious terrace for relaxation and a barbecue. The price includes SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed. The house is a short walk from beautiful beaches and the old town. Novigrad is a town that smells of the sea, has the charm of old stone streets and offers numerous restaurants, promenades and local attractions.
