Property info

Located on the island of Šolta, in Nečujam, the boutique Guesthouse Sveti Petar can accommodate up to 22 people in 11 rooms all with air conditioning, safe and en-suite bathroom. The property was built in 1995, but it was completely renovated in 2022. A delicious breakfast is included as well as a parking spot and the use of the heated swimming pool. The facility provides mooring for boats free of charge, boards (SUP) and bikes for rent, as well as inflatable dinghies. The huge heated pool is on disposal of all the guests together with the open air fitness area. Sun lungers are available for free by the pool as well as at beach, which is situated at few steps from the property. The restaurant Sveti Petar offers delicious traditional meals with organic vegetable collected directly in the garden around the house.

Neighborhood info

The boutique guesthouse can be reached from Split by ferry to Rogač. The tickets can be purchased in advance on the Jadrolinija site as well as at Split port. The port of Ragač is at only 15 minutes far away from the house. If you are flying into Split airport we can organize a pick up by boat (at additional surcharge) directly at the airport. If you are coming by ferry and without car, we can organize a shuttle service from the port to the house (surcharges may apply). If you own your own boat or want to rent a boat to come to the property, you are very welcome as we are providing moorings for boats for free.
