Our house was built in 1882. It is a traditional Mediterranean stone house located in the center of Brela and has been recently fully renovated. The house is just 50 meters from the seaside and some of the best beaches in Brela, surrounded by pine trees. All restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, bakeries, and a pharmacy are also within 100 meters of the house. At the same time, it is situated in a quiet area among old houses, most of which are privately owned and do not host many guests during the high season. The house has four floors and two entrances (from the ground floor and from the first floor via stairs). There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with a WC and a shower cabin. A living room with a comfortable folding sofa is located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, an additional WC, and a balcony on the second and third floors. If you are visiting during the low season, please note that the house has wooden floors throughout, and each floor is equipped with heating units.
