This spacious 130 m2 apartment is located in Poljane, small village on the hills of nature park "Učka". Apartment is surrounded with forest and from the terrace you can enjoy in wonderfull view on the Adriatic Sea. There is a private parking in front of the house. As from season 2020 we will leave two days time in between departure of old guests and arrival of new guests to make thorough cleaning, sanitation, disinfection and aeration of the apartment.
Only 4 km from the Ičići Beach (6-7 minutes driving by car or public transport). Quiet surrounding, perfect for families or smaller groups. Walking distance to center of village where you can find small grocery store and Public Bus station.
