The apartments are part of a beautiful Mediterranean stone house placed in a peaceful atmosphere of Splitska town on the island of Brač. House is surrounded with the stone walls and whole house is made out of a stone. Beautiful sea view from the apartments and authentic style in which house was build in traditional historical design and with traditional materials with huge stone terraces offers an unique Dalmatian- Mediterranean felling while stay in the house . Apartments are very comfortable and surrounded with peaceful area that is great for relaxing and well known for beautiful beaches and seaside walk sites. For someone who wants enjoy in night life town of Supetar is only 7 km from the apartment. Beaches, supermarket, coffee bars, restaurants are only few minutes by foot from the apartment. Historical sites are all around and island Brač museum is very close (15 minutes by car or buss). The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, made mostly by owners who originate from Splitska and others, some even famous or well known persons who bought houses in this popular little paradise on island Brač.

After I leave the key to my guests it matters to me a lot is that they enjoy their 100% privacy but I try to be maximally accessible to guests with regard to any of their questions about real estate needs or general how to best spend holiday during the stay in my house just to make their trip to the island of Brač completely filled with as many beautiful places and impressions of this real vacation paradise on the map of the world. I also like to travel and not only see some of the popular attractions of the travel, but also really feel a domestic atmosphere of the place so I am always friendly helpful with my guests. This house of mine is built in a Mediterranean-Dalmatian style and in traditional materials - Brac stone and marble. Beacause of its great position the house has a beautiful sea view and view of the old castle from the 16th century and complete old town and port of Splitska. In old place of Splitska which is a 5 minutes by foot from the house you have a shop, 3 nice restaurants with really nice sea food and other menu. Beaches are beaut
