The studio apartment is located in a quiet residential part of Opatija, on the second floor of a villa, 100 metres from the sea. The studio has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped for a comfortable accommodation of two persons. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, an electric cooker and electric kettle, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining. The cosy dining and living area includes amenities such as flat-screen cable TV, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable and spacious and there is a bathroom with a shower. Free parking space for my guests is provided on nearby streets. Thanks to the convenient position of the apartment, all the landmarks of Opatija, its restaurants, cafes parks and other attractions are within a walking distance.
