Property has been completed in 2025 and is located 25 meters above the most popular beach in Split Croatia with lots of activities available for adults and children . Tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer court, Volleyball and much more for everyone. Private stair access to the beach with lots of cafe's , restaurants and beach clubs all walking distance less than 100 meters from the property . This is one of a kind location in city of Split Croatia .
