Property info

Refurbished original stone house located in a car free zone, 1 minute from the sea, in the heart of the village, ideal for 10 people. Where tradition meets confort! he house offers you lot of opportunities to make your vacation even more relaxed and enjoyable. It is ideal place where friends and families can spend some good time together, as we can accommodate up to ten people, with all the comforts you wish for a pleasant vacation. The ground floor has 2 well equipped kitchens with a dining area, two toilets and a specially designed open kitchen area with a barbecue, wine cooler flat screen TV and other amenities where you can make some great memories, celebrations and after dinner conversations that go on forever and beyond. The ground floor has a nice patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee during hot summer days. The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms. Each of the 3 rooms has a flat TV screen, air-conditioning and its own private bathroom with washing machine. In a southern part of the house, bedroom includes a beautiful open gallery with two beds for one person. Our rooftop terraces meet all the extra comfort for our dear guests that can enjoy a hot tub with view.

Sutivan is a charming, small and peaceful seaside village located on the north-western side of Brac Island shore. The tiny town grows up from its characteristic port and its many wonderful beaches towards the gentles hills of maritime pines and olive trees.
