Our Stone House Zrinski is a newly refurbished mezzanine apartment with a balcony, set within a beautifully restored Dalmatian stone house dating back to 1820 with its own separate fully private entrance. It’s a stones throw away from the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, and offers modern comfort with a touch of Croatian heritage Set over two levels, it has an open plan living/ dining/kitchen area, it’s designed to allow in lots of natural light, alternatively its easily kept cool by closing the authentic Dalmatian outdoor shutters. With a bathroom/toilet on each floor, a bedroom on top and a large sofa bed on the first level it allows for a comfortable stay for 4 adults and a baby/ toddler, we have a free cot available for a child up to approx 3 years. 1st floor- bathroom/shower including all your basic amenities, living room with double sofa bed, dining room with large 6 seater table, open fully equipment kitchen with all modern appliances and tools for the foodies, including a bialetti pot and coffee for coffee lovers. 2nd floor- bathroom/shower, balcony with two relax seats, double bedroom with double bed, space available for a cot in this room if needed. The space offers a relaxing stay and home away from home feel for anyone who is looking for getting in touch with nature on this remote island. We have x2 SUPs you can rent during your stay, 15 EURO per person per day or 160 euro per person for 7 days.

Stjepan is retired, he loves to swim, eat good food and mingle with the locals. Slavica is almost there, she is passionate about cooking, baking, stitching, ( infact you will find her pieces in the apartment), she has also created the interior for the space. They are based on and off between Zagreb and Luka, but would happily spend most of their time in this quite village, hosting, loving and living life to their fullest. They are both warm, sociable and want guests to feel like this is their home too. Stone house Zrinski is a passion project and long fulfilled dream of theirs, they have traveled pretty much the entire Croatian coast and decided to build a second home here, far away from the madding crowds. During your stay one of them will be based in the apartment below with a separate entrance and will be there to help you with anything you need. They are eager to welcome everyone and are passionate about sharing everything they know about Dugi Otok with you.

Luka is a very quite / peaceful and safe remote fishing village on Dugi Otok, a nature lovers paradise. With 1 Konoba, ( Croatian traditional restaurant serving local, fresh and homemade food), and 1 shop it is 100% in every sense true to the saying "Adriatic as it used to be ". It has a beautiful pebble and concrete coastline, with some very tiny bays. There is a lovely paved walkway to the small Hotel Luka on the opposite side of the bay, where you can relax in the beach bar. Its a great base for exploring the Koranati Islands by boat. If you want to explore the island we recommend hiring a bike, car or scooter, alternatively if you want to fully emerse yourself into local laganini ( slow) living, you can rent our SUPs or just chill around the bay. 2 min walk to the nearest beach, here you will find shade, Konoba Zlatna, kids slide and sand pit, even toys 2 min walk to the large outdoor childrens playground 10 min walk to Hotel Luka, beach bar, beach and sun loungers 5 min walk to the shop, with all your basic produce including bread, ( seasonal working hours) 12 min drive to largest village SALI where you can find a large supermarket TOMMY, pharmacy, post office, bakeries and a choice of restaurants and bars. 15 min drive to Park Prirode Telascica 38 min drive to famous Sakarun 35 min drive to Veli Rat
