The building that hosts your apartment is a completely renovated historic townhouse located in the heart of Rovinj's old town. The building, which is actually three buildings in one, has a nice entry & lobby providing easy access to your apartment. Each floor of the building serves one apartment and there are no permanent tenants.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in the mere centre of the town of Rovinj -- it's historic peninsula. Nested just between the town market and the Church of St. Euphemia, the property cannot be closer to the town's main attractions as well as top restaurants and bars. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is quiet and provides a good night's sleep. The sea and town beach are minutes away.
