Osiguran besplatan parking odmah ispred objekta, sto je u Zagrebu velika prednost. Ukratko, ovaj smještaj nije samo mjesto za spavanje, već prostor koji gosti opisuju riječima "pun ljubavi"

Susjedstvo oko studio apartmana Adrijana nudi zanimljivu kombinaciju urbanog komfora i mirne, gotovo predgrađanske atmosfere. Nalazi se u zapadnom dijelu Zagreba, u kvartu koji je idealan za one koji žele izbjeći gradsku gužvu, ali i dalje biti blizu svih sadržaja. Kvart je poznat po sportskim sadržajima.
