The studio Green One is fully furnished and equipped with all devices that will make your stay enjoyable. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, but only 5 minutes from the main bus station by foot and 10 minutes from the main square (Josip Jelacic)by tram. Studio can accommodate 3 people and kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped so no worries if you forget something. I am sure you can find in an apartment everything you need otherwise I will help you as much as I can. Studio Green One includes 1 double bed, TV/free WiFi, kitchen with microwave, toaster and dining area. Washing machine in the bathroom, iron and ironing board are also available for use. It has its own heating and air conditioner so you can adjust temperature as you like but please save the planet from global warming and keep the windows closed while heating or air conditioner is on. Smoking is not allowed. The whole apartment is on guest disposal. It is very, very close to the main bus station and it is only 7 tram stations from the Main Square (Ban Josip Jelacic), But while you are in the apartment you can enjoy peace and quiet because it is located in the peaceful, family neighborhood.

A year ago I opened “Studio Green” apartment and as you can see by reviews travelers seem to like me and my place. So I decided to open another one, named” Studio Dream” in the same building on the same floor. I really hope you will enjoy it as much as Studio Green. I am here to help you to feel like home We know that maybe it will happen that your flight/ bus or train leaves late afternoon or evening so we offers you to storage your luggage in our flat because we live one floor below the apartments. Your luggage will be safe until you come and pick it up

In our street are only family houses. Only one minute from the house behind the kindergartner is a big park. 5 minutes by foot from the apartments you can find 3 bakery, small groceries shop, “Billa” supermarket, “Bipa” drogeria store. The popular bar “Cooltura” is two minutes by foot and there you can try a lot of beers and feel good atmosphere. Also there are many local coffee bars and one famous, but not expensive restaurant "Gladne oči" as well. A new ice cream shop called " Butik torti" with beautiful cakes and ice cream where you can enjoy winter and summer. In our neighborhood is also the big modern new hospital in case of any need. 10 minutes by foot is Green Gold Tower. It is a complex of night clubs, restaurant where you can find Japanese kitchen, Lebanese, Italian an one of the most popular local restaurant "Sofra". There is also many bars, shops, gym and bowling centar. In that complex you can by some clothes (well known brands) or go to the private dentist, dermatologist or optician. Even in our neighborhood you just can not be bored
