Welcome to Maestro Apartments — a place shaped by music, creativity and family. Our family has always been deeply connected to art. Both sons, Zvjezdan and Vedran, grew up surrounded by music and went on to follow their own artistic paths, while their mother Mira, who lovingly takes care of the property, also has a musical background and used to play the accordion. Mira is a very warm, positive and energetic person who truly enjoys working with people. Alongside hosting, she works at Thalassotherapy in Opatija and loves staying active — whether it’s gardening, walking, travelling or simply enjoying the outdoors. Music, movement and connection with people are all part of everyday life here. Hosting is not just a job for us — it’s something we genuinely enjoy. We love welcoming guests, sharing local tips and making sure everyone feels relaxed, comfortable and at home.

What we love most about Ičići is the perfect balance between peace and everything you might want on holiday. It’s a calm, seaside place where you can truly relax, yet you are just minutes away from the elegance of Opatija and the charm of Lovran. The nearest beaches, including the lovely Mali Raj, are just a short walk away, ideal for swimming in clear water and enjoying slow summer days. Along the coast, the famous Lungomare promenade connects the whole area and is perfect for walks by the sea, morning runs or sunset strolls. For guests who enjoy nature, Učka Nature Park is right above us, offering beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking views over the Kvarner Bay. We also love the local food scene — from relaxed seaside spots to excellent fine dining restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish, local wines and Mediterranean flavours.
