Brand new, fully equipped and ready for new guests stylish apartments just 60 meter from the embankment, with magnificent view to the Stari Grad (Old Town) bay and surrounding hills, two minutes walk from the nearest beach and restaurant. All apartments have private terrace, AC, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV and free parking. The apartments include two units (Duplex, when used together) with one situated on the first floor of the family house and the other at the attic. The access to the attic apartment is trough the spiral staircase (which may not be convenient for kids, elderly or people traveling with heavy suitcases). Please consider this, when you make a reservation! If you travel with a child up to seventeen years old, please keep in mind, that apartment's premises and facilities can be used by children only with assistance of a parent and at its own risk and responsibility. Other things to note: - check-in is from 16.00 (4 pm), check-out is until 10.00 (10 am) (please let us know in advance if you need an early check-in / check-out and we will try to arrange, IF possible); -pet fee is 20 Euro / pet per stay, -any extra person 25 Euro / per night; - calm hours 22.00-8.00. The common areas outside the apartment are being monitored by cameras for security of our guests.

The apartments are located in the living area of a small ancient town Stari Grad at Hvar island right next to Stari Grad bay. The neighborhood is calm and perfectly suites for peaceful holiday. The nearest beach is about 150 m walk from the apartment among pine trees. The downtown with shops / cafes / pubs / restaurants is about 5 minutes walk next to embankment.
