Vanjski prostor je opremljen terasom, prostranim bazenom, prostorom za roštilj te parkingom. Nadalje, ako ste s djecom bit će vam na raspolaganje igralište sa trampolinom, ljuljačkama i toboganom. Sve što vam je potrebno za normalno funkcioniranje u životu nalazi se na 100m do 2 km od kuće, kao što su trgovina, kafići, restorani, plaža, doktor... Zračna luka Split nalazi se na 6 km od kuće, grad Split koji je jedan od najpopularnijih destinacija u Hrvatskoj nalazi se svega 20 km od kuće. Još mnogo toga zanimljivog se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini objekta u što ćete detaljno biti upućeni pri vašem dolasku.
