Guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing at any time of the day. For an extra touch of wellness and comfort, there is also a sauna and a jacuzzi, ideal for complete relaxation. The outdoor area is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate.

Our goal is to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home from the very first moment.

The neighborhood is very safe, and nearby you will find a large Plodine supermarket, as well as the new Vestil Pub & Grill restaurant, which offers options for vegetarians and vegans, along with a variety of fish and meat dishes. There is a bus stop close to the property, but guests usually prefer using a car (free parking is available on-site) or taking a taxi such as Uber. The city center is only about a 10-minute drive away, or approximately a one-hour walk along a beautiful seaside promenade (lungomare). Žnjan Beach and the surrounding coastal area were renovated in 2025 and now offer many facilities for children and young people, as well as numerous restaurants and bars.
