Welcome to our charming villa in Kastelir, an idyllic retreat for up to 8 guests and children . The upper floor is 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom , kitchen , balcon, spacy living room And downstair is bedroom , bathroom, living room + kitchen . Two separate entrance , clear , calm.. Just a leisurely 10 min stroll from the sea, our villa boatst breathtaking sea views. Enjoy the convenience of local shops and restaurants within walking distance, while cycling enthusiasts will love exploring the nearby cycling rads. The villa features its own workout space for added convenience. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure at our wonderful villa. Parking, wifi, heating poll, bicycle and also toys for children are ready for your active family holiday. Please note, in winter time, we allowed only upper 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen + livingroom part of house , which is with heating . Downstair another 2 beds apartman is for summer use only .
