The house is located in a village Urihi near the town Buzet. The small village of Urihi consists of several houses, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and hills of 'Istrian Tuscany'. Such an environment makes the village a great place for relaxation and enjoyment, and is filled with peace, security and spirit of nature. The Grandview Residance is located on the upper part of the village, from where you can see the beautiful hills of Istria. Their tops adorn the Istrian bell towers and look down on Lake Botuniga. The house is furnished in the traditional Istrian style, offers a domestic atmosphere with a fireplace, a glass of wine and Istrian delizie. The swimming pool is seasonal from june to september. NOTE: Additional charges: - pets (5 EUR per/day) - short stays - less than 3 days (50 EUR one-time payment)
There are very few people in the village so it is very quiet and quiet and is ideal for vacation if you need solitude and relaxation from everyday life. The location of our house will give you a wonderful view from the terrace so you will want nothing more than coffee and sunglasses to make your enjoyment complete.The street are quiet and the traffic in village is almost none so its safe for kids.
