A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea. Situated in very center of Bol in quiet residential area. The apartment is an entirely functional FAMILY HOME with fully equipped kitchen, all appliances and utensils. Each room is separately air- conditioned and sleeping area is separated from living and dining area.
We are a young family that enjoys traveling and exploring different countries, cultures and people. On our journeys we have always searched for accommodation that provides comfort of sophisticated hotel room and warmth of a family home. This was the idea that led our way when we dove into the project of our family's summer residence, or as we call it: our island place. We hope that our guests will enjoy our idea,... simply by cooking a lunch while looking over open seas doted by sails, reading a book under a bay window, waking up to the sounds of waves and songs of seagulls, simply living the island life.
The apartment is situated very conveniently; high enough to secure open views of Bol and the open seas and close enough to harbor that you can practically run off bare-foot to pick up a loaf of bread. All buildings surrounding it are similar size private family houses with no sources of noise or discomfort. Bol itself is a well known summer retreat famous for its beaches, sports (windsurfing), culture, dining and nightlife.
