Both units are recently renovated with brand-new kitchens, underfloor heating, flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, and walk-in showers. There's a washing machine, sofa bed for an extra guest, soundproofing, and air conditioning. Out back, a shared garden with outdoor seating for warm evenings. Free private parking right outside — a genuine lifesaver in a country where "no parking" is basically the national sport. Self check-in, pets welcome at no extra charge. Located on Kašinska cesta in a quiet residential pocket of Sesvete. Bus 212 is a 5-minute walk away and connects to Dubrava, where you hop on a tram to the city centre (~30 min total). Sesvete Train Station is about 15 minutes on foot, with direct trains to Zagreb Main Station in 20 minutes. Zagreb Airport is 19 km away.

Sesvete is a laid-back suburb on Zagreb's eastern edge — think tree-lined streets, local bakeries, and a proper town square with cafés where regulars actually sit and chat. It's not a tourist zone, which is exactly the appeal: real neighbourhood life at real neighbourhood prices. Getting to central Zagreb is easy — commuter trains run every 15–20 minutes and reach the main station in about 15 min. Tram 11 also connects you directly. Maksimir Park and the Zagreb Zoo are roughly 7 km away, the old town about 14 km. Zagreb Airport is 19 km. For everyday needs, you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. If you have a car, the A4 motorway is minutes away.
