This new built Villa is located in Peroj , small place near Fazana , 300 meters from the beach. Villa have parking places, outdoor pool , 4 rooms each one with bathroom and flat TV with satelite channels. Every room have separated balcony , living room have big terrace with little summer kitchen and barbecue near the pool . Inside the villa all space is air-conditioned and with floor heathing. Dining room , living room , kitchen , and toilet are on ground floor. Rooms and bathrooms are on the first floor of the villa. This villa is for 8 persons .
300 meters from the villa is beach , beach bars , walking routes , cycling routes . From the beach there is promenade near the sea long 3 km that goes all the way to Fazana. Fazana is the place with long fishing and cultural history. There are many restaurants and bars , organized trips with boat to National park Brijuni, music concerts , nice place for the sightseeing all the day and night .
