The terrace also offers an open view of the olive grove with no possibility of future construction, ensuring lasting peace and privacy. By the pool, there are six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The surroundings are carefully landscaped with Mediterranean plants such as lavender, palm trees, and cherry laurels, all maintained by an automatic irrigation system.
