The spacious interior features a large living room and kitchen on the ground floor, leading to the first terrace, while the first floor comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second terrace. The thick stone walls ensure that the interior remains cool even on hot days. Convenient access to the beautiful seawater makes it easy to enjoy swimming, and from the first floor, there's a stunning view of the nearby islands. The village offers easy access to a small supermarket and several restaurants within a 3-minute walk, while larger supermarkets and gas stations can be found in the nearby city of Senj, just 9 km away. Additionally, a small pebble stone beach is just a 1-minute walk away, providing a perfect spot for kids to enjoy. The tranquil environment ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, the highlight of the house is undoubtedly the spectacular view from the large second terrace on the first floor, accessible from the bedrooms. With a magnificent view of Krk and other islands in the Adriatic sea, guests can unwind while potentially witnessing dolphins playing in the sea just in front of the property.
