Situated just 80m from a beautiful beach in a quiet village, just 2km south of the picturesque city of Omis. The air conditioned apartment is 80m2 (entire top floor of house and larger than most apartments) with a large terrace featuring stunning sea views! There are two comfortable bedrooms to accommodate a total of 4 guests, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. THERE IS A LARGE FURNISHED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL AREA THAT YOU DO NOT SHARE WITH ANY OTHER GUESTS. With deck and gazebo, outdoor BBQ area and garden with park benches. Please note, you will be the only guests using this property! Free WIFI! Free private parking on site!

Vila Jadran is located in Splitsko Dalmatinska zupanija region in the peaceful town of Nemira. Though small, Nemira has a mini market, fresh fruits and vegetable stand, numerous restaurants, cafes, masseuse on the beach and water activities such as jet skiing. Its close proximity to the stunningly beautiful city of Omis offers amazing restaurants and night time events with festivals and concerts, as well as daytime outdoor activities such rafting, zip lining, boat trips and much more.
