Villa Marija is a family pension in the center of Skradin. The rooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom and includes a flat-screen TV+SAT, air conditioning and a refrigerator. All bathrooms are renovated in 2024. Our villa also has a beautiful terrace where breakfast is served in the morning. We also have central heating in all rooms, so you are welcome even during the winter days. The facility is open all year round. NEW - we have AC EV Charger 7.2 kW
Our staff is friendly and always at your disposal for any question.
Villa Marija is located in the very center of the city. Nearby there is a post office, shop, butcher, hairdresser, dentist, clinic, pharmacy and many restaurants. The entrance to Krka National Park is a 2-minute walk from us. When you park your car, you won't need it anymore because you can do everything on foot. Skradin has its own exit to the highway and due to good connections you can quickly reach the cities of Šibenik, Zadar, Split or National Park Plitvička jezera.
